Bocce Birthday for Peter the Mud Man

Just after I arrived starting lunch with Vince and John

I purchased some special Birthday beer for Peter, who started life right in this  property before doing geology at Guelph U and then working for BIG OIL in Nigeria and the North Sea. A mud man looks at the mud going down and coming up and tries to figure out what is happening down below.

British Museum Some Canadians Steam Cleaning

Just as in the British Museum sometimes items are found in the  basement long forgotten  like this brand new steam cleaner I found a couple of months ago in the basement here.

So I plucked up courage to pass through the psychological  barrier associated with new technology implementation and decided  to give it a try. Thus joining many other Canadians who traditionally steam clean on Saturday evenings., quiet low profile Northern folk that we are.

Start of the action

Success look at all the dirt collected!!!

Canadian Tire plus Correctional Services equals Jumpstart

On its way back to Canadian Tire for a new starter

The Pick up passed this flowering cherry on the drive way

And when I went to pick it up, Jump Start to raise money to help kids  was on Kathy from  Attomotive on the left  was helping out

Plus these chaps from Correctional Services Emergency task force but no guns thank heavens though I still would not want to get corrected by these fellas!! Wonder what they do? just wait for an emergency I guess. So we have Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) , Halton Regional Police and now this group I never met before just waiting for an emergency - I am relieved.
